How do i adjust settings? |

| You can see the "Settings" button on the main welcome screen.
You can choose your bidding system, convention cards, scoring method, program skill level, game speed, table background and card faces using the settings button. These settings are valid if you play against computer players by selecting "New game", "Load game" or "Tournaments". By clicking the drop down arrows on the "Convention cards" buttons, you can choose the bidding system for North/South and East/West. Bridge Baron 24 lets you choose between the following bidding systems: Standard American 5-card Majors, Standard American Yellow Card, Precision, Two-Over-One, Acol, La Majeure Cinquieme and Forum D. Each system has Basic, Intermediate and Advanced options, controlling the number of bidding conventions played. To get further information about the bidding conventions click on the "i" button before the system`s name for an explanation of that specific convention. A screen which lets you fine tune the bidding conventions appears with a long list of conventions. Don`t forget to hit the "Done" button before exiting! If you want to change something while playing, you can also access "Settings" from the main table screen in "New game", "Load game" or "Tournaments" mode. Settings chosen from the main welcome screen are also used as default settings in "Online play" mode, if you create a table. But you can always change these settings when creating a table. The settings screen is closed after you hit "Done" button. |
