Purchased a game but having trouble downloading the game?
If you have been using the trial version then you do not need to download the game again. All you need to do is activate the game.

If you did not receive your activation key, please send us a support ticket with your order number, name and email address and we will try to locate your purchase.

(If you purchased a download your serial number will be located on your email receipt. If you purchased a physical CD the serial number will be located on the inside paper pamphlet)
